Account Deletion Request

If you want to delete your StrideQuest account and the associated data, you can submit a deletion request. We will process it within 30 days.

How to submit a request

  • Send an email to info@stridequest.app
  • Subject: StrideQuest account deletion
  • Message body: account email, full name, Public ID (if available)

What is deleted

  • User account and profile details
  • Participations/results and points
  • Favorites and selection history
  • Team information (if you are a member)

What may be retained

Minimal technical records (e.g. security logs) may be retained for up to 30 days solely for security and compliance purposes.

Note: If you want to delete only specific data, mention it in your request.
